Standard Warranty

All OneScreen hardware products include one (1) year Standard Warranty. Standard Warranty includes product recovery or replacement, no return shipping costs included. Our Customer Support Team will first, remotely assess and solve all potential problems with your OneScreen product; and if necessary upon completion of recovery assessment, will recommend replacement and provide the Return Authorization number and best practices on packaging your product for return shipment. The replacement product is shipped at OneScreen Solutions’ expense.

An upgrade to Advanced Hardware Replacement warranty can be made at the time of purchase for 1, 2 or 3 years. The first year replaces the Standard Warranty.

Advanced Hardware Replacement Warranty

Advanced Hardware Replacement Warranty includes immediate product replacement and all shipping costs. Upgrade to Advanced Hardware Replacement warranty can be made at the time of purchase for 1, 2 or 3 years on OneScreen products.

Provisions

OneScreen Solutions reserves the right to make changes in product design, construction, or detail, and to discontinue any product or material without notice.
