WARRANTY

LIMITED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, and unless otherwise expressly provided herein, NZS, Inc. d.b.a. OneScreen, and/or its affiliates (“OneScreen”) warrants to the original buyer (“Customer”) that the Equipment, under normal consumer use and service during the warranty period (defined below), in the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will,

  1. be free from defects in materials and workmanship as of the purchase date from an authorized OneScreen Reseller or Affiliate; and
  2. operate in substantial conformance with the specifications provided during the Warranty Period (defined below).
This includes the accompanying software distribution media, pens, erasers, and cables (collectively referred to as the "Equipment").

The Limited Warranty extends only to the original buyer and is not transferable to any third party or subsequent owners.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any Equipment that has been misused, mishandled, modified, improperly installed, or repaired by anyone other than OneScreen or an authorized OneScreen affiliate, damaged by accident, not due to the fault or negligence of OneScreen, or failure to use the Equipment in accordance with instructions provided.

The Warranty Period commences from the date of purchase.

STANDARD WARRANTY

All OneScreen hardware Equipment includes a three (3) year Standard Warranty from the purchase date by the original Customer. The Standard Warranty covers parts and labor for repair or replacement at the sole discretion of OneScreen. (No Advance Replacement).

Our Customer Support Team will first, remotely assess and solve all potential problems with your OneScreen equipment; and if necessary, upon completion of a recovery assessment, will recommend repair or replacement and provide the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and best practices on packaging your equipment for return shipment.

OneScreen may use new or reconditioned components or parts to repair the Equipment or replace the Equipment with new or reconditioned Equipment of the same or functionally equivalent model. All repaired or replaced parts or equipment shall be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period specified. The defective equipment being returned to OneScreen for repair or replacement is shipped at OneScreen’s expense. The Repaired or Replacement equipment will be shipped to the Customer at the Customer’s expense after the first year. OneScreen will cover two-way freight In the first year of the warranty.

An upgrade to the Advanced Hardware Replacement Warranty can be made only at the time of purchase for the three (3) years.

An Extended Standard Warranty can be purchased to extend the Standard Warranty from three (3) years to five (5) years at any time prior to the original Standard Warranty expiring; excluding Video Walls, which can only be extended for one (1) additional year.

ADVANCED HARDWARE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Advanced Hardware Replacement Warranty includes immediate equipment replacement and all shipping costs provided by OneScreen. An upgrade to the Advanced Hardware Replacement Warranty can be made at the time of purchase for the three (3) years on all OneScreen equipment.

A one (1) year extension of the Advanced Hardware Warranty can be made at any time prior to the expiration of the original warranty period; excluding Video Walls. Our Customer Support Team will first, remotely assess and solve all potential problems with your OneScreen equipment; and if necessary, upon completion of a recovery assessment, may recommend a replacement and provide the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. OneScreen will ship the replacement equipment to the Customer at the earliest opportunity and at OneScreen’s expense. The Customer will then utilize the shipping materials to safely return the defective equipment to OneScreen at OneScreen’s expense.

OneScreen may replace the Equipment with an equivalent model or newer model. All replaced Equipment shall be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period specified.
